Made-to-order means no buyer's-remorse returns
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer's remorse. Each piece is produced after you order it, so it cannot be restocked or resold. Please use the size guide on each product page before checking out.
Defective, damaged, or wrong items
If your order arrives flawed, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. No need to ship the item back in most cases.
Email hello@flynorthshore.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will confirm next steps within a few business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our checkout provider. It can take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Lost or stuck shipments
If tracking shows your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier and our print partner to replace it or refund you.
