- Order and shipping details when you buy something, collected and processed through our checkout provider.
- Basic device and usage data, such as pages viewed, collected through privacy-friendly analytics.
Service providers that process your data
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the site. Each only handles the data needed for its job:
- Shopify, which powers our store, checkout, payments, and order fulfillment.
- Stripe, which securely processes donations to Soar Hawaii Foundation.
- Klaviyo, which stores our email list and sends our newsletter.
- Vercel, which hosts the site and provides aggregate analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfill orders, respond to messages, send updates you have opted into, and understand and improve how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use a cart cookie (about 30 days) so your bag persists between visits, and analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the cart may not work as expected if you do.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. Depending on where you live (for example under CCPA or GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. We do not sell personal information.
